Sensing Ventures specializes the development and management of single and multi-tenant, industrial and commercial properties with experience developing structures from 20,000 to over 100,000 square feet and currently manages approximately 350,000 square feet of industrial real estate located in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Georgia.

Who We Are 



Ben Sensing, Principal 

 

Ben graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1993 with a degree in Finance and Real Estate.  After graduation he joined Carter-Haston Real Estate Services in Nashville, Tennessee as Senior Analyst.  He left Carter-Haston to attend law school at Vandebilt University after which he practiced law at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis in Nashville, focusing on complex corporate real estate transactions.  He joined his family's commercial construction materials business, ENCO Materials, Inc., in 2002 that served the Southeast United States for over 90 years.  Upon the sale of ENCO to Gerdau SA (NYSE: GGB) in 2007, Ben founded Sensing Ventures to focus on real estate and other specialty investments.  Sensing Ventures leverages Ben's legal and business experience as well as his relationships with the leading contractors in the Southeast to deliver superior results for his clients.
